The house has three apartments on offer: THE RED APARTMENT (2+2 persons), THE GREY APARTMENT (4+2 persons) and THE BLUE APARTMENT (4+2 persons). The Red and Grey Apartments are on the ground floor just next to the swimming pool and fall into the four-star category while the Blue Apartment is upstairs with beautiful view of the sea and is categorised as a three-star apartment.
Apartment House Lotos has a swimming pool measuring 32 m2, open year-round, furnished with deck chairs, shades and a shower. Besides their own individual terraces, the apartments also have at the disposal a deck furnished with a garden lounge set right next to the pool.
Lotos Apartments are located in Zadar in an elite part of town called Borik. They are 3 km away from the Zadar centre and only 300 m from the sea and the beach. The closest airport is the Zadar Air Port in Zemunik, only 15 km away from the premises.
Guest parking has been provided in front of the house. Parking means one car per apartments. In case that parking is needed for more than one car, it can be reserved upon previous notice.
All apartments have air-conditioning and their own terraces. They also have flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge.
